More than a tee, we're asking you to buy into the Stay Apparel brand

At its most basic level, Stay Apparel Co. sells T-shirts. But I want and expect my company to represent more than that.

And I challenge customers not just to purchase a tee from us (for which I’m ever grateful) but to invest in our brand.

People sometimes confuse a brand with a logo, but it’s much more than that. What does our logo represent? That gets to the heart of a brand.

When someone purchases a Stay tee, a ball cap or knit hat, a tote bag or felt pennant, or one of our curated household and gift items, they can rest assured that everything we sell is Made in the USA.

First and foremost, that’s what Stay is about. There’s no need to wonder whether we’ve slipped in an import here or there. That never will happen. Ever.

Our brand promise

But that’s not enough. Our products have to be visually pleasing and well crafted. We would never expect a customer to buy from us just out of loyalty to U.S.-made goods. To be sure, some tees sell much better than others. Nothing is certain. Consumers vote with their dollars.

We’re particular about the vendors we use. We have stuck with Royal Apparel blank tees because they are U.S.-made but also because they represent good quality and value. Unique Apparel in Lancaster has printed every one of our tees because Brett, Adam and their team do a great job for us and are local.

We’ve had customers come back to us because a hem came un-sewn or an errant thread got screen printed into a design. Fortunately, such instances have been rare, but we’ve always remedied the problems quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Speaking of speed and customer service, we try to get orders out the door as quickly as possible. We want customers to marvel at our turnaround times. And we’re grateful for the men and women of the U.S. Postal Service, the national treasure that has delivered every online order we’ve fulfilled in more than four years of doing business.

A handwritten thank-you message has accompanied every one of those orders. We are grateful for every sale.

These are the things that the Stay Apparel brand represents.

More than just a T-shirt, it’s our brand promise that we’re selling.
